A local health center is searching for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join their growing team! This Therapist will be providing mental health and/or substance abuse services, education, consultation, and prevention to clients/students at schools, the office and also includes crisis intervention. Starting pay is $48k-$58k/yr.

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct mental health and/or substance abuse services that include, but are not limited to: intake assessment, individual, family, group counseling, crisis intervention, and prevention.
  • Completes treatment plans, treatment plan updates, psychotherapy notes, and all other documentation as needed.
  • Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings, clinical meetings, IEP meetings, and others as needed.
  • Participates in collection of mental health/substance abuse information and student outcome data to be used for monitoring the overall performance and effectiveness of services provided.
  • Determines the family and community resources available for treatment and/or placement and makes appropriate arrangements
  • Provides crisis intervention and assessment/evaluation.
  • Provide follow up and implementation for re-integration plans for students who are returning to school from hospitalizations and/or facility stays as needed.
  • Be familiar with disciplinary guidelines and at-risk student characteristics/needs, collaborating agency referral guidelines, as well as be familiar with special education regulatory requirements and assistance with process as appropriate when working in the schools.
  • Foster effective communication with clients for planning and treatment services.
  • Assists family to locate and appropriate community resources, agencies, organizations, and team members to coordinate services and monitor progress toward treatment goals.

 To become an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you’ll need:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Human Services related field. Must have at least two years’ experience. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Nebraska license of LMHP, LIMHP, or LICSW.

Night Shift Electrician/Maintenance Tech

Busy manufacturing client needs a solid Electrician/Maint Tech for their night shift starting at 5 PM.  Also able to work overtime!

This Electrician/Maint Tech will be working with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic equipment. 

Responsibilities of Electrician/Maintenance Tech include:

  • Perform major and general repairs on all equipment
  • Perform diagnosis, testing, disassembly, inspecting, repair and re-assembly of equipment or components such as hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic shears, vacuum equipment, roller levelers, cranes, electrical boards & components to name a few
  • Troubleshoot and service pneumatic & hydraulic components
  • Perform replacement or adjustment of mechanical clutches, drive trains, etc.
  • Repair worn parts straighten & fabricate fixtures (welding, cutting, brazing & surface hardening applications
  • Troubleshoot 24/12VDC circuits (control power on all equipment in the plant) through 480V 60-amp circuits
  • Read electrical schematics and diagnose location of issues
  • Troubleshoot coils & solenoids on hydraulic press
  • Install and move equipment including welders
  • Install and troubleshoot electrical motors
  • Rewire starters and contactors in overhead cranes & magnet systems
  • Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain electrical wiring, equipment & building fixtures
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment & components to identify hazards defect and need for adjustment or repair
  • Test electrical equipment systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring & equipment using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters & megger meters to ensure compatibility & safety of systems
  • Troubleshoot VFD's
  • Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • MUST HAVE 3 years of electrical & maintenance experience in a MANUFACTURING environment.
  • Prefer Licensed Electrician   
  • Must be proficient with basic shop math & ability to convert inches to metric
  • Must be able to read & comprehend basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & structural schematics
  • Must be able to communicate verbally & written in English.
  • MUST HAVE knowledge & experience in troubleshooting VFDs.
  • Must be able to use gauging equipment from .001" up, dial indicators, micrometers feeler gauges, etc.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office & able to learn other industry computer apps
  • MUST BE DEPENDABLE and HAVE REGULAR & TIMELY ATTENDANCE  
  • Must be able to climb and/or be on lift, heights up to 40'
  • Must be able to pass commercial driver vision testing requirements and able to distinguish red & yellow correctly in each eye
  • Must be able to stand 100% of shift, lift 50 lbs and wear PPE equipment
